Panel overlaid on main face with MDO overlay with 235g/m2 only one face.

General Specifications

  • Excellent use for marking highway signs easy to install and weather resistant.

  • Its main face is overlaid with MDO 235 g/m2 and back face without paper.

  • Its smooth surface is obtained for a process of “two step” process, first a good sanding of the plywood and followed by applying the overlay.

  • High strength, light weight.

  • 27% phenolic resin in MDO.

Products, Features and Applications

  • Avoid extreme temperatures and moisture.

  • Always clean and dry the surface before painting.

  • No other surface preparation is needed.

  • The paint priming coat is the most important hence, do not apply too thin of a priming coat. Oil/alkyd primers are recommended; latex primers also work well.

  • It is also recommended to seal the edge for an adequate protection against moisture penetration.
